For the main frame, bevel gear device turns mainshaft. Shovels equipped on the main shaft throw materials between roller and ring, which can form material bed automatically. The material bed is crushed by centrifugal force which comes from grinding roller’s revolution, and then final powders are made successfully.
For the classifier, variable frequency motor turns cage-type rotor. Unqualified powder driven by gravity will return to chamber and be milled again, and qualified powder accompanied by airflow will come into cyclone powder classifier to be separated. Finally, final powders separated from airflow are collected.
When gas mixed with dust gets into powder collector, the motion of airflow changes from rectilinear motion to circular motion. Gas mixed with dust produces centrifugal force during rotating process, and the dust whose relative density is larger than gas’s will be threw at mill wall. Once dust touches mill wall directly, it will lose radial inertia force and falls along with mill wall until cone bottom under the action of downward momentum and downward gravity. When revolving airflow falls to cone, it will move toward center of dust collector because of conical contraction at the same time, with tangential velocity being higher and higher, dust driven by larger centrifugal force will be separated finally.
